Nvm, fixed it by lowering

org.springframework.boot from 2.4.1 to 2.3.7.RELEASE

And

springCloudVersion from 2020.0.0-RC1 to Hoxton.SR9

Ofc 😂 each time i get a new version from spring initializer, it seems like previous stuff don't work usually if it's not a release, just some RC version, sucks a bit. Cause the code and config is the same each time
