07/23/2020, 4:43 PMas it happens, the first such diagnosis comes from Kotlin.Random-- it lacks a no-arg ctor. the second is recorded here, https://github.com/oracle/graal/issues/2702# seems odd. the Muslim calendar requires an ini file but not the lunar calendar or ISO calendar, so i just commented it in two places.
