To me, this is: 1. Off topic 2. Inappropriate given this is documented and can be found on Kotlin and Java doc, and can also be found in IDE. 3. Abusive given this new user is asking many questions, and it doesn't seem he does some research before. (The last meta conversation was about him.)

Ooops! Would be nice to fix, I think it's very obvious to people having used it in Java, or trusting and understanding from the name what the function does, but for beginners starting with Kotlin…

I feel like this guy only did some ASM/C before but no OOP, hence the weird questions while he seem to know things in low level domains
