Are <http://slack.kotl.in/> invite requests no longer being processed automatically?

I've been encouraging our <#C8NAJRRDW|san-diego> Kotlin User Group members to join and participate, but in just the last couple weeks I've had two inquire about not receiving an invite after they'd submitted a request days before.

No surprise if that's the case, given the workspace was upgraded to full history.  I just want to set expectations for new requesters, or make sure there's not an issue with the invite mechanism otherwise.
