The Boot team is now aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

We test extensively the project generation but not the config one, we will improve that as part of the resolution of this issue.

The problems are quite easy to fix manually if you know what you're doing, but for a new user not familiar with all the involved technologies, it could be a bigger issue.
