@davidkarlsen Spring Boot 2.2 M1 will still be based on Spring Framework 5.1 which is based on Kotlin 1.2. We could upgrade to 1.3 but no real incentive. Spring Boot 2.2 M2 will be based on Spring Framework 5.2 and Kotlin 1.3 which is used for Coroutines support.

So it is almost ready but too breaking for M1, so we will commit it just after M1 release and that will be part of M2 and available in Boot 2.2 snaphots.

Good catch 🙂 Indeed support for immutable (data) @ConfigurationProperties has been merged in Spring Boot master branch.

We will continue to refine it before M2 but feel free to test it with Boot snapshots.
