at the moment I find out that you shouldn't use
@Value("\${cloud.aws.pathStyleAccessEnabled}") val pathStyleEnabled: Boolean = true
default value. Useage @Value("\${cloud.aws.pathStyleAccessEnabled}") val pathStyleEnabled: Boolean works. still in research

I see, I usually put app config on ConfigProperties class, but I'll create a test case for that situation to investigate it as well.
