Hey guys. I am wondering if you or anyone you know is using Kodein-DI-Framework-TornadoFX. TornadoFX code base has not seen any code commit since April 16, the last published version dates to January 31 and it still uses Kotlin 1.3.61. Furthermore, I suppose Jetbrains Compose will probably gain more traction in the desktop space. I am therefore wondering if it makes sense for us to maintain Kodein-DI-Framework-TornadoFX. Any feedback regarding TornadoFX would be appreciated 😄

I was about to try TornadoFX but as you said, now that Compose desktop is out I probably won't

I have a TornadoFX app which uses Katana for DI, which I had been hoping to migrate to Kodein DI. @salomonbrys Judging by the dates given, I think you're referring to the wrong repo for tornadofx. There is some more recent activity at https://github.com/edvin/tornadofx2. Granted, it is also not very active, and I know Edvin doesn't have much time to work on it anymore, but there has at least been some discussion about continuing to develop and maintain it by members of the community.

I've been meaning to try TornadoFX for a while now, but if I ever get to those projects I'd probably use compose desktop now. Although there was some talk in slack or github about a potential integration between the two (or something like that)
