No company name is usually a sign for a recruiter working for commission. It would be fair to disclose this in the Ad I think.

@frogger this is true as this is how recruiters work. However, I’m very transparent on the commission I’m getting. Complete transparency from start to finish. Only reason I choose not disclose company name on an open post as I’m sure recruiters lurk in here and I don’t want my clients to get their phones blown up my shoddy, underhand recruiters in the field. Hope you can understand from my end 🙂
