Software Engineering will be a fully distributed team. We have an office with desks for people to come work at the office, but most people work one or more days a week from home, since the staff are quite spread throughout the country (and so are our customers).

@ritesh at some point we might extend the team more than 2 timezones away from the UK, but right now, during the initial face, starting greenfield projects, etc, we need to overlap quite a bit on work hours.
