Glad you remembered @nfrankel 😂 . The channel policy says: “Job ads should have a specific description of what is expected, location, remote/on-site, and salary range “. I posted a link to the actual ad with all the info, so I actually don’t see the issue.. But no matter I will change it

1. the channel says your job ad should have all the specific properties you specified. i shouldn’t need to click on the link to discover them
2. the salary range doesn’t seem to be present in the link
3. it should also be easy to remember for you given all the reactions your initial post got

@nfrankel The channel policy never said the ad couldn’t be behind a link. If you don’t want to have to click on a link to discover than specify “no links allowed” in the channel policy. The Glassdoor salary range is pretty accurate more or less..

look
you can argue on the finer points of the ad
this is not a court of law
you want your ad to be read, comply
the rest is up to you
you might understand people are fed up with ads promising the world
and not stating any fact
just check the previous reactions of the people
compliant ad vs non-compliant ad
and draw your own conclusion
🏅 3
unless your goal is to post the ad
and not that people do read it
and even, heaven forbid, apply

Lol Im glad my inital post had such a big impact😂. Listen I already said I would change it. I am just speaking in retrospect. Don’t say “hey read the policy” and you never mention anything about links in the policy.
