02/15/2018, 11:05 PM@fuad that actually does make sense to me, it's hard to work if you can't comfortably schedule live interactions, like meetings, review, pair programming.

02/15/2018, 11:07 PMtimezone differences aren’t a barrier to that necessarily though. We’ve done a lot of work with teams on different continents, the priority time wise goes to the main team and offshore adapt around it
