05/19/2020, 9:46 PMi had to back out of kscript altogether and build a shell scripted classpath the hard way to run kotlinc, using the "sdk" based package base.
the end result comparing a python pandas operation to the kotlinc execution may be better improved -- this is the straw man project https://github.com/jnorthrup/superannuate
