1.) you are waiting for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-27960 and https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-28916 discusses if it affects .kt files or only .kts with 4.) i meant a compiler plugin especially.. that might confuse people otherwise
