Anko grew up since 0.9.1, try using + last version is 0.10.0-beta-2

NEVER USE + in place of explicit versions! This leads to unpredictable and unreproducible builds, and may make you upgrade unintentionally to breaking versions of dependencies!!!

@louiscad yes, you’re right. It’s OK to try building with '+’ one time, but not to use it in every day builds. @requinard last version is 0.10.0-beta-2
