AS 3.3 yes, but not for current stable and beta versions.

seems irrelevant to your original assertion though. are you excluding beta and canary versions from your plugin? doubtful.
also IDEA 2018.2 was in EAP for longer than AS 3.2 has been available and not stable

I'm not excluding anything, I need two builds for the plugin, one for AS and the other for IJ. AS is the special case here as it requires some special handling.
