4th bug is that on JDK16 the

tasks randomly (like 3 out 5 runs) throws OutOfMemory exception

This bug is probably related with Gradle plugin. I suppose it will be fixed in the next version after Dokka 1.6. https://github.com/Kotlin/dokka/issues/1405
