I am trying to publish MP lib and get this error: Could not find org.jetbrains.dokka:dokka-base:1.4.0
Is it related to the jcenter removal? isn't dokka available on maven central? or is it something else?

Yes, some older dokkas are not published to maven central. The closest published would be 1.4.10.2 but i highly recommend picking up the latest 1.4.32. I hope it is better than older ones 😄
