One question regarding the structural change brought with dokka 1.4.30 or 1.4.32, why has the index.html been moved out of the -Framework folder?
With the old structure it was possible to put multiple framework docs (-framewokX, -framewokY) together with a single modified style.css into one zip, because the styles and scripts folder were outside of the Framework docs folder but now its on the same level like the index.html

It was mainly to make it easier for people to deploy on various hostings eg. github pages
