I read on the readme that dokka isnt on the portal, but I can import and use it anyways without the

settings.gradle.kts

suggested modification how can it be?

has been published to MavenCentral, so that’s that probably.

1.4.20

is not yet published, so if you’re using the newest version I have no idea
