Hi :wave: I'd like to test Dokka again :raised_hands: please, would you recommend to test <https://github.com/Kotlin/dokka/releases/tag/1.4.0|1.4.0 Alpha -Gradle plugin overhaul> or the latest DEV version? Thanks in advance!!

We had two dev branches: `1.4.0-dev-**` and `1.4.10-dev-**`*.* If you were using the first one you shouldn’t notice any difference between its later builds and this release. `1.4.10-dev-**` has some improvements over the release, but we are not 100% confident about stability of every feature. This branch is planned to be released few days after kotlin `1.4.10` when we  have stable compiler build and are sure about our features.
I would suggest using dev versions and return to `1.4.0` release only if you encounter some big issue.
