I just found Dokka and I'm new to generating static documentation pages. 
How do you guys theme up or somewhat make it look nice?

You can look on format = ‘html’ and modify some of style.css
But right now html format is unfortunately kind of simplistic and minimalistic, so theming is limited

It does have jekyll support, but it didn't seem to export in the right format?
filenames are wrong.
Is there anyone who has tried Dokka with jekyll?

It works, but looks like Jekyll can’t really generate correct filenames, but it is not problem of Dokka, but of Jekyll as I remember
