Are there 1.5.20-RC plugins for Android Studio Arctic Fox (beta) and Bumblebee (canary) (even a manual download will suffice) or is it not available OR even planned ?

For Fox you should be able to get plugin regularly via https://kotlinlang.org/docs/install-eap-plugin.html

For Bumblebee -- it will be available (I hope) since Canary 3.
