Upgraded to 1.4-rc and now Android studio complains about viewModels

I didn't change my code at all. I tried clean and rebuilding with no luck

Can you make a reproducing project, or just share your project if it's open source?

Can't share (internal proj), and a clean project doesn't repro the issue. Not sure how to start to debug. I've googled for the error message with no luck.

It compiles fine, only AS is complaining?
