Is there a way to batch-fix explicit API mode warnings for the entire project? Alt + Enter seems to only provide quick fixes for a specific declaration

I think that'd make a great feature request. In my case, I was considering writing a script to add visibility declarations where kept default, so I'd just have to manage the inferred types.
