Typo in

Add the https://dl.bintray.com/kotlin/kotlin-eap repository URL to the list of project repositories, and set kotlin_version to 1.3.30-eap-164 .

Should be 1.3.40-eap-21

Spring Framework master branch is fine with this EAP build but JSR-223 support is still broken cc @ilya.chernikov

@sdeleuze new jsr-223 jar will be released with the second EAP. I’ll send you a link as soon as a dev build will be available.
