I don't mean to shut you up, just trying to avoid what I've seen usually disolves into a hate filled shouting match. Please don't avoid discussing the issue, just make sure to approach it tactfully to avoid offence.

Almost every time I see a phrase along the lines of different jobs are for different demographics, it leads to a reference to Google's echo chamber memo and goes downhill from there.
