What is the current situation regarding Maven publishing with the Kotlin plugin? My current understanding is that:
• org.jetbrains.kotlin.jvm doesn't create any publication and leaves that to the user
• org.jetbrains.kotlin.multiplatform does
This feels somewhat inconsistent. Are there any plans to configure publication automatically when using the JVM plugin?
