does anyone having problem after update Android Studio Arctic Fox Canary 5 (2020.3.1.5) ?

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
lateinit property variantName has not been initialized

My setup:

Android Studio Arctic Fox Canary 5 (2020.3.1.5)
Android Gradle Plugin 7.0.0-alpha05
Gradle 6.8.1

Yes, this bug occurred in our project after upgrading to latest Canary and the requisite alpha04 -> alpha05 . It's a blocker to using Compose alpha11 . This is a threat to the project 😱
