<https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-35238> is anybody else hitting this? it's a huge pain in the $#@! for my team, but it doesn't look like there's any activity on the ticket.

We had it before, but looks that most of such issues were fixed for us around 1.3.60 release

Unfortunately without reproducible sample it's hard to expect fix for this, there was a similar issue (with different stacktrace), which was a huge pain, until reproducible sample was prepared by someone from community

I remember experiencing this one back in my old company as well.
Will talk to the team about it.

for what it's worth, I tried 1.4.20-M1 (after running into an issue, filing <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-42652> and rewriting a bunch of parcelables by hand) and 2 out of 20 clean builds on my local machine failed just the same. still haven't been able to make a smaller reproducer to be shared though
