I just upgrade to Gradle 6.0.1 - and the first thing I noticed is that my `settings.gradle` is complaining that it can’t find a class from the `buildSrc` . Is this a change, or is this a potential bug?

a change, `settings.gradle` is now executed before `buildSrc` as it is now mostly a true included build
