(this is probably better reported as an issue)

im writing a plugin (in kotlin) and wanted to test it against both Groovy and the Kotlin DSLs using Gradle Test Kit

im seeing a test fail that i dont expect to when using the Kotlin DSL which works locally if I use publishToMavenLocal and consume from there
