I don't think so (initially looking at it) as that is just around configuring the maven-publish part.

I'm running into issues writing a plugin in Kotlin and testing it using the Kotlin DSL. it seems like it might be a bug in the TestKit tooling or an issue with different kotlin versions in my plugin and the Gradle runtime or something
