Anyone got any video tutorials that explains how Flow works? I cant seem to find anything on YouTube

Flow is quite new and still in preview stage, so its API may change unexpectedly. That's why you will have a hard time finding a video on Flow.
If you are familiar with RxJava, you will notice the similarities between Flow and RxJava Flowable (or Observable).
