can i somehow change it to make it possible to remove the User:: part and rewrite it like

Find<User>().where(::name.like("blah%").and(::birthday.between(date1, date2)))e

You'd only be able to do that if this code has a User as a receiver - so for the API shape you're trying to get, I don't think so
