Is there a plan to release vertx 3.6.3 soon? what is going to be the next version released?

the release process for 3.6.3 will start tomorrow, while 3.7 is scheduled for the start of March. You can find all issues solve in 3.6.3 in https://github.com/vert-x3/issues/issues/435

Do you know if the new sql module of jasync will be released as well? Its not on the notes there.

I don’t know to be honest, but if it is a breaking change, then it will probably happen in 3.7

the idea is to bring deprecation in 3.x that align with v4 to ease users migration

and ramp up to v4 with 3.7 and maybe 3.8

so 3.7 will have a few features which are already ready
