I'm a bit confused by the `PrimitiveSerialDescriptor`. The <https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx.serialization/blob/master/docs/serializers.md#primitive-serializer|docs> state:
&gt;  For primitive serialization, the <https://kotlinlang.org/api/kotlinx.serialization/kotlinx-serialization-core/kotlinx.serialization.descriptors/-primitive-serial-descriptor.html|PrimitiveSerialDescriptor> function must be used with a unique name of the type that is being serialized.
But <https://kotlinlang.org/api/kotlinx.serialization/kotlinx-serialization-core/kotlinx.serialization.descriptors/-primitive-serial-descriptor.html|this KDoc example> sets the name to `kotlinx.serialization.LongAsStringSerializer` , which is the name of the _serializer_, not the _type being serialized_. Which one is correct?
