I am already using that, I tried to depend on the SNAPSHOT by updating from app.cash.sqldelight:postgresql-dialect:2.0.0-alpha02 to app.cash.sqldelight:postgresql-dialect:SNAPSHOT-VERSION

and including the snapshot repo in both pluginManagement and regular repositories

Are using "SNAPSHOT-VERSION" literally? The current version is "2.0.0-SNAPSHOT"
