Are there any release notes or announcements for 1.1.0/1.1.2 releases?

Are those releases? On Github, latest release is 1.0.1.

The tags list shows other releases after that, and so does the list of published artifacts. The latest release badge in the proecjt’s readme also indicate the latest release to be v1.1.3-alpha.1. It seems like the releases list on the project hasn’t been updated to capture the latest releases since 1.0.1 was made.
