I see the video/animation quality is improved

Raul Vazquez from our marketing team took the time to reedit and overlay the animations over the pixelated ones from the master recording
it was unreadable due to some streaming or connection issues
s
That's what I figured.... Raul did an amazing job 👍 So did both of you presenting
g
The animations are amazing! Saw them first in @raulraja’s talk and amazed. As a speaker, I am curious what tool you are using for presentations. (Don’t share if it’s a trade secret 😉 )
r
Animations are hand crafted by the marketing team at 47 Degrees, we are mere deliverers of the work of many. For the video compositions we use OBS
g
It must take a lot of skill n time to craft!!
r
It does, they are profesional illustrators and people behind the entire 47 Academy effort
They don’t only cover Kotlin but Haskell, Scala, Swift too
We are gonna illustrate all there is to know about FP that we know about and its meaningful to others to make it more approachable with visuals.
g
Very innovative team of illustrators you got! This can be a big leap in the age of Virtual conferences!
r
thanks for the kind words
g
and the content is presented equally good 🙂 Thanks

Informative & slick talk - thanks so much for posting! Is there any source code available of the program you developed? I'd really like to try the refined types & implicit di - are there libraries/docs for this?
