I wish I understood enough math to know what's going on with all these mathy solutions. Maybe a good 2019 goal is to relearn math I forgot.

@todd.ginsberg This one sounds fancy. It’s basically just binary search from 0 to an unknown upper bound

To find the upper bound double until it you pass it, then binary search from there
