is there any smart solution for subscribers that want to process things added or removed from list / maps ?
currently i keep a old copy and compare, i am pretty sure there gotta be a better approach

Could you give more details? Are you getting a new list and need to know all the diffs? Or adding/removing/editing items as individual operations?
