No major updates as far as I know. You can check github repositories (e.g. for kotlin kernel) for some smaller updates (e.g. autocomplete)

I see komputation library running out there, very harder to find on basis of kotlin search. in google i usually found deeplearning4j and tensorflow

Even tho written in kotlin, its not very popular in kotlin, idk why google does not show this at first result.

Never used it. Jvm libraries can be used with kotlin. Choose any than solves your task better.
