I'm looking at `Semigroup` and I'm wondering why `combine` is not just an alias for `operator fun plus`?

Do you plan to take advantage of operator overloading in Kotlin?

We've been back and forth.. It's something we've not gotten a lot of feedback about and operator overloading seems a delicate subject still.
