Damn, there so many issues with this kapt. kaptTestKotlin is not invoked when tests are run from IDE.

Are you sure that you use gradle runner for tests? There is an option for that in Idea settings, by default Idea runs test using internal runner

Yeah, that would make sense I think. I've already posted bug report, but I'll check it when I come home.
