Hi folks! I am here to talk about Kotlin KODERS 2021 :) In a little bit more than a month we will host a physical event in Paris, all about Kotlin. On December 1st, you can attend a full day of training on Coroutines, Reactive Spring development, or Kotlin/Multiplatform, from outstanding trainers, as @Karin-Aleksandra Monoid, @Garth Gilmour and @salomonbrys. On December 2nd, we are organising a full day of conferences. We have already announced the full line-up, and we are really honoured to receive amazing speakers such as @Sebastian Aigner, @Liliia and @Aydar Mukhametzyanov from JetBrains, lots of GDEs, and many more! We hope to see you there! Get your tickets at https://www.billetweb.fr/kotlin-koders-2021 Get more information about the event at https://kotlin-koders.eu

Another bonus is you get to visit Paris and eat delicious croissant 🥐 . Plus if you're a "The Doors" fan, Jim Morisson's grave is just accross the street from the conference 🎸
That may sounds a bit gloomy but since it's halloween, I guess it's allowed 🎃
e
pity, it's not free
m
Well, the venue isn't free.
At 64 euros, it's one of the cheapest conferences out there
r
Indeed, it’s not free, but as Martin said, the venue is not free, but also we pay for some speaker accommodation from Europe (travel / hotel). We tried to minimise the impact on the attendees, but we feel it is a fair price to pay for such an amazing line up.
e
having speakers travelling seems so unusual now that everything is remote

That's the point ! We didn't want to create yet another online event. This is a 100% offline in-person event, which may be a risk for us in these times, but that's what we would have been interested in ! I am so looking forward to sharing the entire day with our European community :)
