One more thing - i see there are benchmarks in the codebase but the results don’t seem to be pushed anywhere 

Is there a way I can read them without cloning and running it on my machine?

Umm or was it jetty - let me double check

There aren't any really, there are a couple of simple unit tests to make sure something terrible hasn't happened, but no real performance tests
