Thanks, didn't take it badly, I was just getting a bit scared that support for Kotlin is being put aside @Graeme... this channel doesn't seem to be as active as the #spring one or #ktor one... I have a hunch because important Kotlin support is missing/lacking like coroutines / suspend fun and data class constructor config injection (using vars is taboo in Kotlin for this...). On #server, people asking for backend frameworks with Kotlin get ktor or spring suggested to them... even though I think Micronaut could be a very good fit for lots of cases and alot of good work is going into it simple smile.

yeah we need to put more work in Kotlin support, it would actually be helpful if we had someone from Kotlin community to champion that. All the things you mention are on the todo list. Some of the features you mention are recent additions to Spring as well and only available on the RCs of 2.2, but I get what you mean.
