Is there some nice documentation about animation as UI/UX like what animation spec convey what intent and things like that? Compose makes it easy to do many things, but as non designer there's so many options that I have no idea where to start.

Sounds like you'd like a more use-case orientated description for each animation spec, with more visuals?

Yes something more oriented toward non designers to better understand what all those specs real world usage would be. Like when snapping a lazy list looking at Chris code there's decay and other things to make it look natural. But I have no idea how to know what to use and when for all the other use cases. Docs are great about how to implement things and when you know what you want it's nice. But knowing what we want is at least for me very hard.
