Quick question. I’m assuming (much like with earlier versions), that compose 1.0.4 only requires 1.5.31 of kotlin at compile time (and not runtime)?

I think so, since the breaking link is just at compiler plugin level (unstable undocumented api), not actual stdlib or runtime
